This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how the Company collects, uses, stores, and discloses Personal Data when you visit our websites located at mori.to (the “Website”) and register for the Mori Journaling AI waitlist (the “Waitlist”).

By accessing the Website or registering for the Waitlist, you (“User” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection and use of your information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you shall not access the Website or register for the Waitlist.

The Company shall retain your email address for so long as you remain on the Waitlist or until you request deletion. If you unsubscribe from the Waitlist or request deletion of your data, the Company shall delete your Personal Data within thirty (30) days, except to the extent retention is required by applicable law.

The Company does not sell your Personal Data. The Company may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

5-1. Service Providers

The Company may share your email address with third-party email service providers solely for the purpose of sending communications related to the Waitlist and service launch. All Service Providers are bound by contractual obligations to process Personal Data only as instructed by the Company and in accordance with this Policy.

The Website and Waitlist are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under thirteen (13). Upon verification, the Company shall promptly delete such information.
