Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the shipping and delivery of Mori Journaling AI products (hereinafter referred to as the "Product" or "Products") purchased from the official online store located at mori.to (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), operated by franky, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By placing an order through the Store, the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser") acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Shipping

1-1. Order Processing

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein:

(a) Orders shall be processed within 1-2 business days following confirmation of payment, exclusive of weekends and public holidays;

(b) An order confirmation notification shall be transmitted to the Purchaser via electronic mail promptly upon placement of the Order;

(c) A shipping confirmation notification, including applicable tracking information, shall be transmitted to the Purchaser upon dispatch of the Order.

The delivery times indicated above are estimates only and shall not constitute a guarantee of delivery by any specified date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the Purchaser's location and carrier conditions. The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance procedures, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

For Product purchases, the fixed shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment. Reservation checkout flows may collect a shipping address before final Product purchase; the fixed shipping fee and customs/import handling fee are displayed and collected during the final Product purchase checkout, not merely by collecting a shipping address.

The Company may collect a fixed customs/import handling fee as a checkout line item for Products that require international shipment or customs handling. The current fees are as follows:

1-3. Shipping Carriers

The Company utilizes FedEx DDP shipping, fulfillment partners, and/or local carriers for domestic and international shipments. Tracking information shall be provided for all Orders.

1-4. Shipping Restrictions

The following shipping restrictions shall apply:

(a) The Company does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the United States;

(b) Certain regions may be subject to shipping restrictions or additional governmental charges not collected at checkout, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser;

(c) The Company shall not be liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged subsequent to delivery confirmation by the carrier;

(d) All Orders require a valid street address at which an authorized recipient is available to accept delivery of the shipment.

1-5. International Shipping

With respect to international Orders, the following provisions shall apply:

(a) For Product purchases, the Company currently uses a fixed DDP shipping model with a fixed shipping fee and customs/import handling fee shown at checkout. Any duties, taxes, fees, or charges not collected at checkout shall be borne solely by the Purchaser;

(b) Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing requirements;

(c) The Company shall not be liable for any delays arising from customs inspections or related governmental procedures.

2. Order Cancellation

2-1. Cancellation Prior to Shipment

The Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel an Order, without charge, at any time prior to the dispatch of the shipment. To request cancellation, the Purchaser must contact the Company at support@mori.to, providing the applicable order number.

2-2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an Order has been dispatched and tracking information indicates that the shipment is in transit, cancellation shall no longer be available. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Purchaser may submit a return request upon receipt of the Product in accordance with the Company's Return and Refund Policy.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with the shipping and delivery of Products under this Policy shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the Purchaser for the applicable Product. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any shipping or delivery matter governed by this Policy.

4. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

5. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, by posting the revised Policy on the Store. Such amendments shall become effective upon posting. The Purchaser's continued use of the Store following any such amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
