Recording and Transcription

Yes. Mori uses dual microphones, beamforming, and noise reduction to keep speech clear in everyday noisy environments.

Audio is stored on the device first, then synced to the app and cloud for transcription. Audio used for transcription is deleted after processing, and your audio is never kept after that.

Accuracy depends on the environment, speech clarity, and speaker overlap. Mori is built for everyday conversation, and uses AI to clean up and organize the result after transcription.

Design and fit

Yes. Watchband, clip, and necklace styles are interchangeable, so you can wear Mori in the way that fits your day.

No. Mori is an audio-first journaling device and does not include a camera.

The device weighs 15g, so it is designed to be light enough for all-day wear.

App Linkage

The Mori app supports iOS 18+ at launch. Android support is coming soon after launch.

No. Mori transcribes from recorded audio after a conversation ends, and you can review it in the app once it's organized.

No. Audio is deleted right after transcription, so there's no recording to share. You can still share your journal entries from the app.

Battery and Charging

Mori supports 24+ hours of recording and 7+ days of standby time.

A full charge takes about 1.5 hours via USB-C.
